Going to do a "sonic" run cycle for fun. The idea is to take sonic the hedghog and reboot the design, then give him a ridiculous run cycle. Here's the two main keys that I started with. I think the idea isnt quite working, so I'm prop going to redo them using the same general design.

Nice work. How do you go with the ink line? Use the brush tool or line tool?
Thx for the comment Cesar. Typically I draw everything traditionally and use an actual paint brush and india ink. I then bring it into photoshop and literally use the wand tool on it. For animation I clean up using the brush tool in harmony.
